The Operation 36 Golf Academy at Keith Hills Golf Club is a place where golfers of all ages and ability come to learn to play golf. Having started in 2011, the Academy offers coaching for players as young as 3 all the way up to experienced players. Operation 36 Co-Founders Ryan Dailey and Matt Reagan started this Academy with 3 students and it has now blossomed into a full service Academy for the community and surrounding area.
We are a team of coaches working together to improve at our craft and improve the lives of our students. Currently, we have a coaching staff at 5 locations in North Carolina and Virginia with 7 total coaches. We meet on a monthly basis to collaborate, share ideas and challenge each other to improve. All of us share a deep love for the game of golf and want to pass that on to our students. This Assistant Coach position would be working directly under the Academy Director at Keith Hills.
We are looking for a candidate that is willing to learn the Operation 36 development model, curriculum and become an expert in delivering this program to both juniors and Adults. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring golf instructor to prosper within an already established Academy structure.
The initial position is part-time. But an enterprising and ambitious up-and-comer could turn this position into a lucrative, full-time gig in the future. The full-time position may be here locally or at locations around the country depending on what opportunities are available.
