This week, we are happy to announce our next nominee for #1inaMillion Golfer - 5 Year Old Everett Quewezance from Bighorn Golf & Country Club in British Columbia, Canada.
Everett was nominated by his Operation 36 Coach Kathy Gook. She had this to say about Everett:
"He is the most dedicated - he arrives early to practice and stays after to continue to work on his game! His love for golf is infectious and he is so helpful to other participants!"
She continued, "It took him 5 matches to pass his level 1 and then on the last match of the season he passes his level 2. He has now passed level 3! When his mom tells him that he’ll start next spring at level 4, he immediately wanted to know what day will that be?!"
Congratulations, Everett! You are a rising golf superstar! We look forward to seeing your continued success on the golf course!
The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers to the game and retaining them for the long term. Now, the company will be sharing the stories of these tremendous golfers and their coaches with our wider community, using the #1inaMillion.
