Operation 36 Top 50 Coaches

The Operation 36 Top 50 Golf Coach list is the only one of its kind that uses quantitative measures to determine who is making the biggest impact on golf through their program. An essential component of Operation 36 Golf Program is the ability to measure progress for the golfer’s journey, so it is essential to evaluate the coaches who were nominated by a measurable standard.  The process for selecting the Top 50 Operation 36 coaches includes: number of new golfers created, use of formal 9-hole events throughout the year, application of the Operation 36 curriculum, assessing golfer’s progress throughout the season, and the use of online social tools to encourage more practice and play. 

Additionally, we are pleased to announce our inaugural Master Top 50 Coach Award. This will be presented to Operation 36 Coaches who have received this award for three years in a row. These coaches have been providing a Top 50 experience for families, and it is backed by year-over-year results.
