Shout out to this week's nominee for #1inaMillion Golfer - Isabella Zimmerle from Meadowbrook Farms Golf Academy at Meadowbrook Farms Golf Club in Katy, Texas!
Isabella was nominated by her Operation 36 Coach Tony Allen. He has this to say about Isabella, “She has the desire to accomplish her goals through hard work and determination. She is a humble, smart and awesome person to be around.”
He continues, “It was like her third attempt at 150 yards and I always ask her if this is the day?! She was humble and laughed and said I don’t think so. I said go with no expectations and see what happens. She played great and even though she scored a 38 that day she said I had my chances to beat 36 and I’ll get it next time. She has worked hard on her game and she is ready once more to continue her journey this semester.”

The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers to the game and retaining them for the long term.
