This week we are excited to announce our #1inaMillion Golfer Izzie Kelly from Twins Lakes Golf Academy in Oakland Charter Township, Michigan.
Izzie was nominated by her golf coach Kelly Kuhlman. She said, “Izzie is a hard worker and does it with a smile. She also encourages others around her to do their best! Her first week doing the match she shot a 39 and was a little bummed but said there’s always next time. She came out the next time and shot 36. She was so happy.”
She continued, “I just love her energy. You come across these young boys and girls and some just have a good outlook on life. She just brings that energy to her golf lessons and while playing. It’s so fun to be around!”
Congratulations Izzie! We love your happy attitude and enthusiasm on the golf course. Your future in golf looks bright!
The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers to the game and retaining them for the long term. Now, the company will be sharing the stories of these tremendous golfers and their coaches with our wider community, using the #1inaMillion.
