Raleigh, NC—North Carolina-based golf player development program, Operation 36, announces their next workshop for Golf Professionals who are interested in growing their golf coaching business in 2023.

This workshop “How to Start a Beginner Adult Program” will feature special guest Gabby Miller, PGA, of The University of Maryland Golf Course.  Miller started the Operation 36 program in 2021 with Juniors, then quickly added Adult classes. She will share her experience with attracting Adult Beginners and growing a popular golf program.

Miller said, “The coaches and students utilize the Op36 app regularly, and the competitive members have embraced the division challenges during their regular rounds. The golf course staff have embraced internal competition with each division.”

She continued, “Professionally, Operation 36 has been one of the easiest programs to execute successfully. The curriculum is easy to follow, and the ranks are achievable challenges. The most difficult task is keeping up with the demand!”

Golf professionals who are interested in growing their Adult Beginner programs are invited to join us for this free workshop. It will be hosted online, on Monday, June 26th at 1:00 p.m. ET.

This workshop is designed to provide strategies that will be useful to all golf professionals, even those who are not currently in an Operation 36 program location.

Space is limited, and those who are interested may grab their seat through this free registration here.

About Operation 36

Operation 36 is a Division of Golf Genius and is the most effective developmental program to teach beginners how to play golf. All new players begin on the course, and instead of starting at the tee box, they play from 25 yards away from the hole. Once the player shoots par (36) from 25 yards, they back up to 50 yards, and so on, until they are shooting even par (36) from the full tee box.  Participants engage in weekly classes taught by golf professionals and all progress of the golfers is tracked in the Operation 36 Platform. The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers and retaining them for the long term.
