The Operation 36 Top 50 Golf Award is the only one of its kind that uses quantitative measures to determine who is making the biggest impact on golf through their program. A key component of Operation 36 Golf Program is the ability to measure progress for the golfer’s journey, so it is essential to evaluate the coaches who were nominated by a measurable standard.

Golf coaches were selected by their use of formal 9-hole events throughout the year, application of the Operation 36 curriculum, assessing golfer’s progress throughout the season, and the use of online social tools to encourage more practice and play. The full list of the Top 50 Golf Coaches can be found here.

Operation 36 COO and Co-Founder Ryan Dailey said, “It has always been our long-term vision to be able to recognize coaches that are measurably having a positive impact on the golf industry. We can confidently say that these 50 coaches are delivering an amazing experience to their families based on measurable results. We are proud to be associated with these individuals who are leaders in our industry and are carrying the torch to the goal of creating 1 million golfers by 2025.”

Matt Reagan, Operation 36 CEO and Co-Founder, said, “It was important to us that we highlight coaches that are measurably creating a Top 50 experience. We did not want these awards to be subjective. The team worked really hard to set the standards before the season started and stuck to the plan. Each year this gets a little harder as there are so many coaches in the Operation 36 network doing great work! We are really proud to be associated with these Top 50 Coaches that are doing an amazing job welcoming new golfers and giving them a complete developmental program experience. The standards they implement and the ideas they bring to the table every year are shaping the future of how we retain golfers and develop them for the long-term. Our team is so proud to be associated with these great leaders in the golf industry. They truly represent what the Operation 36 program stands for and are leading us all towards our #1MGolfers mission."

Operation 36 provides coaches and players with a Developmental Program and technology to guide beginner golfers to becoming a skilled golfer. Their technology, curriculum, and community are unmatched in the industry.

Coaches who are interested in learning more about starting an Operation 36 program are invited to a webinar this Thursday evening with Matt Reagan at 8:00 p.m. He will present training on “How to Start an Operation 36 Program.” Spots for this training are limited, sign up here
