North Carolina-based golf player development program, Operation 36, announces a COVID Response Plan and Programming. This plan will show golf professionals how to continue to run Spring Golf Coaching, no matter what restrictions they may face with their facility.
Operation 36 Co-Founder Matt Reagan said, “This Spring season, our industry has been tested. There are juniors and adults missing golf programming and golf professionals who rely on programming to support their families. At Operation 36 Headquarters, we have been working around the clock with coaches to play offense so that they can continue coaching this season safely even if their facility is closed.”
Reagan continued, “When it comes to courses and programs closing there are four scenarios golf professionals will face at any given time as we progress in the pandemic. We have put together four different coaching programs to help coaches navigate their specific scenarios.
Coaches need to be prepared now, and also be ready to scale programs back up in a safe way when things return back to normal. Our team will be continuing to rapidly test, modify and improve these programs and have invested in an accelerated technology roadmap to address areas specific to remote group coaching.”
Operation 36 released their Four Core Programs, as well as coach training and a full suite of marketing materials to help coaches promote their new programs. For more information, golf professionals should go to: https://operation36.golf/programs/
