One of the most powerful ways Operation 36 has grown over the years is through coaches sharing the program with other coaches they respect.
When a golf professional introduces a colleague to Operation 36, they’re not just recommending a program, they’re inviting them into a community of coaches committed to developing golfers the right way. Many of the strongest programs in the network today began because one coach simply said, “You should check this out.”
Golf professionals often know other coaches who are trying to solve the same challenges:
When a coach is introduced to Operation 36 by someone they trust, the learning curve becomes easier and the experience is stronger. Referrals often lead to highly successful programs because they begin with a built-in connection to the community.
If you know a golf professional who would benefit from implementing Operation 36 at their facility, you can recommend them to the Operation 36 team.

It’s a simple way to help another professional grow their coaching program while also strengthening the Operation 36 community.
Once you submit a referral:
If you’d like, you can also give your colleague a quick heads-up that the Operation 36 team may contact them.
Chances are, you already know a coach who would benefit from Operation 36. It's a golf professional who cares deeply about player development, wants a clear structure for beginner and junior golfers, and believes in helping players succeed on the course, not just on the range.
The Operation 36 network exists because coaches support each other and share what works. When you introduce a colleague to Operation 36, you’re not just making a referral, you’re helping another coach build a stronger program and helping more golfers experience success on the course.
