Sierra's journey, guided by the skilled mentorship of her coach Kevin Martin, PGA, has been nothing short of remarkable.
Kevin shared, "“She has shown an immense desire to improve and succeed at this game while enjoying herself. She picked this game up less than a year ago and has already reached Level 5.”

Sierra exemplifies the epitome of dedication, inspiration, and tenacity, showcasing that her journey has just begun and her golf future is undeniably bright.
The Operation 36 mission is to create 1 million new golfers over the next five years, and they want to help coaches with introducing new golfers to the game and retaining them for the long term. Now, the company will be sharing the stories of these tremendous golfers and their coaches with our wider community, using the #1inaMillion.
