He has this to say about Amy, "Amy is an extremely hard working student who not only works to attend 12 min lessons to get frequent regular feedback but utilizes the Op 36 mobile app to its fullest capacity learning and testing out of the Operation 36 curriculum. She is currently in Rank 3 and only has 4 more skills remaining. She is further along in the curriculum than any other Op 36 Adult student."
